Dr. Krawczyn has extensive experience as a Law Enforcement Officer and Administrator, a Forensic Psychological Practitioner and a Faculty member for three Universities. He has served overseas as an Contractor with the US Department of Justice, Department of State and Department of Defense.

Forensic Psychology Experience

  • Director of the Gulf Coast Criminal Justice Assessment Center

  • Managing Partner for a Medical Psychiatric Practice

  • Testified in over 700 judicial proceedings as a police officer and Expert Witness on police operations and procedures, police behavior, police employment & promotional testing methodologies

  • Provided mental health evaluations and counseling to law enforcement officers and their families

Law Enforcement Experience

  • Certified as a Florida Law Enforcement Officer in 1971 with an active and current status until 2025

  • Assignments have included undercover narcotics, criminal intelligence, Organized Crime, gang investigations and the administrative duties of Chief of Police.

  • Served as an International Police Psychologist Advisor on Violent Extremists and Transnational Criminals
